'THE BLADE'
Led-Zip Lighting are extremely proud to introduce 'The Blade'. A revolutionary new concept in LED Bollard lighting.
Designed and manufactured in house by our very own Mr Nick Bainton using locally sourced materials, 'The Blade' is a high powered Edge lit Acrylic Bollard with elegant Sail shape design set into a slick polished stainless steel spine.
The Bespoke linear Light source has been set at the back of the spine so that all light is emitted through the front radiused edge, making it perfect for driveways, patios and decking area's.
The clear acrylic allows you to see straight through the light source giving a truly stunning effect.
The unit runs direct from 12v DC at a power consumption of around 12w and emits an impressive 800 Lumen's of light. 12v DC gives us the advantage of wiring in parallel from any Constant voltage supply or portable battery.
'The Blade' is available in a multitude of single colour and colour changing options, all IP67 rated. optional ground spike is also available for soft ground applications.

One recent example of a Led-Zip custom designed and built product is our Rusty Bollard range.
The rustic charm of these bespoke manufactured bollards makes them a very attractive addition to any outdoor area particularly as they are fully weatherproof.
Both of these bollards are constructed from solid steel and have been treated with a special oxidising compound to help create the natural ‘Rusty’ effect.
The first features a long asymmetrical reflector giving a floor-wash effect from the recessed RV-3 LED light module.
The second features 3 Polaris mini LED spots and an adjustable Cressida LED spotlight at the head, this allows the bollard to light low-level walking areas as well as flood a larger area or highlight specific features as required – these have been used to light tree canopies as well as architectural features.
They are available in Cool White, Warm White, single colour or RGB and come complete with ground-spike or surface fixing plate.

Now available from Led-Zip Lighting come these 2 impressive bulkhead & 2D style light fittings.
Both styles of fitting are available with a multitude of different options ranging from 7-13w for the rectangular bulkhead & 9-20w for the circular.
Lumen values range from 500 to 1100
These units carry our 3 year extensive warranty & are also available with a 3 hour emergency battery pack.

Among this selection we have various LED capsules, Bi-pin & Omni-direction lamps all with high intensity light outputs that are ideal for a variety of applications; down lighters, desk lights, caravans, boats, undershelf/cabinet and pelmet lighting. Like all our LED lighting products these G4 Capsule Lamps have very low running costs and are highly energy efficient.

The Cyclops 4000 series is the leader in a brand new concept in White spotlighting entirely designed around high powered Bridgelux LED Arrays.
Low power consumption with high light output results in massive saving for the end user! Cyclops 4000 will roughly cost 0.05p per hour to run, if permanently left running 24/7 the 4000 series would cost just £45 for the year!!! This figure is staggering when compared to existing sodium or metal halide solutions that can potentially cost the end user anything from £4-500! (excluding relamping costs!).

The CYCLOPS range is a brand new concept in high powered, high brightness LED White spotlighting, designed around high powered Bridgelux Arrays.
The clue to the amazing output of these fittings is in the name. With lumen outputs of 400 to an incredible 4000 from just 1 singular LED array!! This allows them to replace all conventional types of white flood and spotlighting and make huge energy savings in the process.
Power consumption varies with the range between 5 and 50w, so at 4000 lumens these fittings are typically costing 0.5p per hr to run. What other 4000 lumen lamp could you leave on for 8 hours overnight for just 4 pence, or even run constantly 24/7 - 365 days of the year for just over £40?!!
